Account responsibility

Organizations are responsible for keeping team access, customer details, pricing, support requests, and operational records accurate.

Some workflows may involve payment, documentation, insurance, service, or partner systems. Those services may have their own terms.

Approved automations and partners must follow HELM access rules and may only support the workflows they are authorized to handle.
